Created in 2017 to provide Texas school districts with unbiased reviews of instructional materials, TRR is a growing program with continually evolving content needs.

In addition to content strategy and development, I supported the TRR website in a project management capacity, coordinated design and development resources (including two internal designers and an external agency) to support page updates, documented standards for new content modules, ushered content and mock-ups through production, facilitated multiple review and approval stages, and managed  tasks, deadlines, and assets within Smartsheet.

I also maintained a detailed content inventory that helped the team track past and future site updates as we worked through the redevelopment of the site with a phased approach.
